Water Restriction Declared in Center Point
CENTER POINT, Iowa - The Mayor of Center Point has declared a water restriction for the City of Center Point. A well located on Palo Street has temporarily been shut down due to a leak. Repairs will be made as soon as possible. The City is still served by other wells but will require citizens to conserve water. The City asks that citizens refrain from watering lawns or any activity that would use large amounts of water. Water quality and safety will not be affected during the water restriction. We estimate the repairs to be completed by Monday.
