Vote 2012: Romney Surrogates Making Eastern Iowa Bus Tour

CORALVILLE, Iowa - A pair of potential presidential running mates is on the campaign trail in Eastern Iowa.
Virginia Gov. Bob McConnell and Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal, both considered longshots to be Mitt Romney’s vice presidential pick, will be in Davenport and Coralville July 26 to meet voters.
They will travel on the Romney campaign bus to Davenport and Coralville before heading to Des Moines for a campaign event.
In Eastern Iowa they will:
participate in a Victory Town Hall at Per Mar Security, 5423 Tremont Ave., Davenport, at 10:10 a.m.
do a meet-and-greet at the Johnson County Victory Office, 89 2nd St., Coralville.
