CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Friends and family will hold a candlelight vigil on Thursday night for the little girl who died in a car crash near Keystone on Saturday night.
The Benton County Sheriff's Office says a driver ran a stop sign at Highway 30 and 16th Avenue, and his pick-up crashed into a carrying three Cedar Rapids people.
The three who died in the car were the driver, 22-year-old Valerie Schneiders, and her passengers 24-year-old Jason Bessert and his three-year-old daughter, Hailey Bessert.
A Facebook event says the vigil for Hailey starts at 8:30 p.m. at the Diamonds Sports Park in Cedar Rapids.
