A vigil was held at Ellis Harbor to remember Teresa Cooling, 50, who died at Ellis Harbor.
Teresa was found in the Cedar River Thursday evening. She was pronounced dead at the scene near Ellis Park boat harbor.
"It's our harbor family, we are very close knit. We do stick together and when something bad happens everybody kind of comes together and unites," says family friend, Dee Mclaud. "Hopefully, we'll be the strength that Richy and the girls need to go forward."
Family and friends paid their respects with lit candles and prayers.
