WASHINGTON, Iowa - Two Washington men are in jail facing meth related charges.
Law enforcement executed two search warrants Tuesday. They arrested Justin Dennis, 20, on a charge of intent to manufacture methamphetamine and Travis Harma, 32, on a change of conspiracy to manufacture meth.
Authorities restricted access to a house located at 415 West Madison St., because of unsafe levels of meth residue. The building will be reopened once it is cleaned and tested.
This is the second residence to close this year in Washington because of meth making. In January, law enforcement found unsafe levels of meth residue in the Goncho apartments. Residents there were forced to vacate their residences.
