Trial Reset for Waterloo Teacher Charged with Lascivious Acts

WATERLOO, Iowa - The trial of West High School teacher, charged with five counts of lascivious acts with a minor, was reset Thursday to Sept. 21 in Black Hawk County District Court.

Larry Twigg, 52, is accused of incidents involving one 17-year-old student. Twigg, computer teacher, was placed on administrative leave for alleged inappropriate behavior with a student.

Twigg was in a position of authority over the student and persuaded him to partially disrobe, according to the complaint.
