Cedar Rapids Mayor Ron Corbett recently introduced a incremental financing sales tax plan to help pay the city's share of building a flood protection system for both sides of the Cedar River. Mayor Corbett explains the proposal to Beth Malicki in this week's installment of "To The Point." Also, "Flood Them With Love" founder Karla Goettel talks about the group's warehouse-clearing sale planned for this weekend.
