CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Officials have taken three male subjects into custody after fleeing from a vehicle during a traffic stop, authorities said.

A Linn County Sheriff attempted to pull over a car for a speeding violation near the intersection of F Avenue and Wiley Boulevard around 3:30 p.m. The vehicle failed to stop, drove through two stop signs and eventually stopped near Midway Drive and Wiley Boulevard. The three occupants then fled in multiple directions, officials said.

All three subjects are now in custody, authorities said. One was apprehended shortly after running away from the vehicle, another by Pet's Playhouse, 151 Jacolyn Dr. NW and the last subject was found behind the Midwest Athletic Club, 1220 Jacolyn Dr. SW.

Authorities later discovered the vehicle was stolen out of Cedar Rapids.

No one was injured and charges are pending.

    The incident remains under investigation.
