Three Men Killed In County Road Crash

RIPPEY, Iowa (AP) — Authorities have released the names of three people who were killed in a collision between a car and a pickup in central Iowa
The Iowa State Patrol identified them as 42-year-old David Muir, of Rippey; 19-year-old Andrew Jackson, of Orient; and 54-year-old Dwight Snogren, of Jamaica.
The collision occurred around 1:35 p.m. Sunday on a county road about a mile west of Rippey, in Greene County.
The patrol says Muir was driving east with Jackson when Muir lost control of his car. It spun, crossed the center line and hit the westbound pickup driven by Snogren.
Both vehicles ran into a ditch and rolled.
The patrol says all three men were killed on impact.
