SIOUX CITY, Iowa (AP) — Iowa Air National Guard members are helping keep coalition planes in the air to enforce the no-fly zone over Libya.

A Guard news release says the 185th Air Refueling Wing is taking part in Operation Unified Protector.

The Guard says security considerations prevent it from providing specifics about the missions or the number of aircraft involved.

The wing's KC-135 Stratotankers fly out of the Iowa Air National Guard Base at Sioux Gateway Airport south of Sioux City.
