Suspicious Fire Destroys Home in Oxford Junction
Oxford Junction – Just before 4 p.m., Monday afternoon, volunteer fire crews were called to 201 Broadway Street.
When firefighters arrived they saw flames coming out of the west window. The fire is under investigation and considered suspicious at this time. Officials say it may have started near a window air-conditioner. Three small children and a babysitter were home at the time, all got out safely. The two-story home is considered and total loss.
