Snowbabies Sculpture Team Takes On Ice Fest

DUBUQUE, Iowa - Three women from Rockford, Ill. brought their snow carving talent to Dubuque Saturday. It was part of the Ice Fest celebration being held by the National Mississippi River Museum and Aquarium.

Polly Freund, K. Dyer and Krista Gustafson call themselves the Snowbaby Sculpture Team and they have been sculpting masterpieces for decades.

The women talked to photojournalist Michael Griffith about their creations.
