SPRINGVILLE, Iowa - Two people were sent to the hospital after a rollover crash occurred on Highway 151 near Springville Tuesday around 6 p.m.
Charles B. Henderson, 28, of Springville, was driving south bound on Stone Road and pulled into the intersection of Highway 151 when he was struck by a vehicle driven by Ashly L. Mullens, 25, of East Moline, Illinois.
Mullens and her passenger, Dominique N. Everson, 25, of Camanche, were transported to Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids with what appear to be non-life threatening injuries.
Henderson, whose car rolled, refused medical attention on the scene.
Henderson was charged with No Insurance, No Iowa Drivers License, and Failure to yield upon entering through a highway.
Mullens was charged with no insurance.
