Rescuers Search For Missing Western Iowa Swimmer

ONAWA, Iowa (AP) — Searchers have been unable to find a swimmer who may have drowned in Blue Lake at Lewis and Clark State Park in western Iowa.

Officials were called to the lake around noon on Wednesday. Divers, dogs and a helicopter were deployed, to no avail.

The search is expected to resume Thursday.

The person's name and other information haven't been released.
