DUBUQUE, Iowa - RAGBRAI XXXVIII is in the books. The 442 mile ride from Sioux City to Dubuque wrapped up Saturday with a 48 mile ride from Manchester from to Dubuque.

The final day was spiced by Potter's Hill. It was a super steep and super long climb coming out of Graf. Many people ended up walking up the hill.

The best part of the day was the ride down hill in Dubuque for the dipping of the tires in the Mississippi.
