Police: Man Showed Up at Hospital With Head Injuries

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - A man showed up at St. Luke's Hospital with head injuries late Monday, and police are investigating.

Officers weren't sure whether the victim suffered a gunshot wound or some other kind of injury. Police said they believe an altercation occurred on the 1400 block of Bever Avenue SE. They found blood in the area.

Police were interviewing people, but didn't have any suspects.
