CEDAR FALLS, Iowa (AP) — Authorities have released the name of a man whose body was found in a car at a Cedar Falls condo complex parking lot.
The Waterloo-Cedar Falls Courier reports that police identified him as 42-year-old Daron Jungers, of Cedar Falls.
A passer-by spotted the body about 7:30 a.m. Thursday.
Chemicals were found in the car, but their type and amount haven't been released. Police Chief Jeff Olson says Jungers' exposure to the chemicals may have been intentional. A hazardous-materials team was called in to handle the chemicals.
Jungers' body is being examined so officials can determine what killed him.
