People Enjoy Fall Festival in the Czech Village
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - The feeling of fall filled the air at the Czech Village Annual Fall Festival in Cedar Rapids. People enjoy pumpkin contests, tractor rides, and most importantly the music. The festival hosted different bands all throughout the day. The traditional songs help get everyone in the spirit of the season while getting back to their roots.
"Its important to carry this tradition on and if we can share this music with children, especially real young ones, they'll carry that on," band member Dr. Fred Isaak said.
The Czech Village Association hosts the Fall Festival each year.
