No Injuries in Vehicle Collision in Iowa City

Police responded to a vehicle collision on Mormon Trek Blvd. in Iowa City around 10:15 a.m. There were no serious injuries in the collision.

IOWA CITY, Iowa - No one was taken to the hospital after a car collided with a pick-up truck at the corner of Mormon Trek Boulevard and Westwinds Drive in Iowa City.

Police responded to a vehicle collision with possible injuries around 10:15 a.m. The crash was caused after a female, whose name and age could not be verified, was heading northbound in a Buick sedan and attempted to turn left onto Westwinds Drive. During the turn, she collided with a male, whose name and age could not be verified, driving southbound in a Ford pick-up.

Police said both drivers were conscious after the collision and neither were taken to the hospital.
