Man Killed in Single Car Crash in Eastern Iowa

WEST LIBERTY, Iowa – A West Liberty man was killed in a single car crash in Cedar County. According to the Iowa State Patrol, Scott Samuel Mullin lost control of his Chevy Tahoe while driving on a county road. The crash occurred south of Interstate 80, shortly after 10:30 p.m. on Saturday. The 41 year old went into a ditch and hit a machine shed. He was not wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced dead at the scene. The accident is under investigation.
