Man Dies from Injuries Received in Motorcycle Crash in Muscatine County
MUSCATINE, Iowa (AP) — An Iowa motorcycle rider who was hurt last week when he was hit by part of a pickup truck that fell off has died.
The Quad-City Times reports that 48-year-old Dan Haskins, of Fruitland, died Saturday at a hospital in Iowa City. Haskins and his 56-year-old wife, Judy, were both hurt on Aug. 19 when the bedliner of a truck broke free and struck them while they were driving a motorcycle in Muscatine County.
