CEDAR RAPIDS - Wayne Salzwedel, 49, was arrested on Friday, July 16, on suspicion of third-degree sexual abuse.

Court records charge him with having sex with a teenager girl several times in different locations in Cedar Rapids from the summer of 2008 until 2009.
