Man Accused of Stealing Items from Cedar Rapids Homicide Victim's Apartment

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Police in Cedar Rapids say a man had a cell phone and electronics that were stolen from the apartment of a homicide victim.
Bobbie Harold Little, 22, of Cedar Rapids, was charged with second-degree theft, according to a criminal complaint.
Officers found Little was in possession of Shanna Beyhl cell, two televisions, a DVD player and video gaming system, all valued at more than $1,000, and he transferred the stolen property to others.
Officers found Beyhl's body while conducting a welfare check at her apartment on Friday, April 4. On Tuesday, police announced Beyh, 37, died of multiple stab wounds.
During police questioning, Little said others had burglarized her apartment and claimed he was was going to leave the area for Texas or South Dakota when he was released, according to the complaint.
