Lottery Game Aims to Aid Iowa Veterans

DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) - A new Iowa Lottery scratch-off game is aimed at raising $2 million for the Iowa Veterans Trust Fund.

The game includes a chance to win a motorcycle with a tank painted by artist Ray "Bubba" Sorensen II. He's best known for his Freedom Rock paintings on a boulder near Greenfield in southwest Iowa.

The game is called Ride to Riches. It carries prizes up to $1,000. Losing tickets may be entered online at for a chance to win the motorcycle through a March 27 raffle drawing.

Lottery profits have provided more than $14 million for the Iowa Veterans Trust Fund since 2008.
