The Linn County Department of Public Health will host a live chat today from 11 a.m. to noon to talk about air quality issues involving mold.
Ruby Perin, branch manager for Public Health's Healthy Homes, and her staff will discuss why mold grows in an indoor environment, and how you can control the environment to decrease mold growth. The discussion may also include ways to monitor moisture conditions and general cleanup guidelines for mold.
