Judge Orders Woman to Return Daughter to Sweden

-->
DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) A federal judge in Des Moines has ordered for the second time a 3-year-old girl at the center of an international custody dispute between divorced parents to be returned to Sweden.

The girl's mother, Raina Anderung, must fly her daughter to Sweden where the girl's father, Magnus Anderung lives within two weeks.

He filed a lawsuit Feb. 14 claiming his ex-wife is violating international child custody laws. He alleges she traveled to Pleasantville with their daughter last May for a 90-day family visit and refuses to return to Sweden.

In a ruling filed Friday Judge James Gritzner reiterated his May order in which he concluded girl must be returned to Sweden, her legal residence and that she has been wrongfully retained by her mother in the U.S.
