CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Another candidate has entered the race for Governor of Iowa. Jonathan Narcisse made his announcement to enter the race in Cedar Rapids Monday morning.

Narcisse is the former Co-Chair of the Polk County Democratic Party. He ran in the 2010 Gubernatorial election as an independent, picking up a little more than 1% of the vote.

In Monday morning's announcement, Narcisse said part of his campaign is the war on poverty, citing Lyndon B. Johnson's war on poverty 50 years ago.
