CLAYTON COUNTY, Iowa - A Federal investigation into a helicopter crash in rural Clayton County last summer points to pilot error. Last July, the helicopter was spraying crops when it got tangled in power lines and crashed in near St. Olaf.

The report says the pilot acknowledged he should have been more alert for obstacles. He was not hurt in the crash.
