Interstate Reopens After Semi Fire Forces Closure
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, Iowa - A semi-truck fire on Interstate 380 forced both lanes to be closed for clean up Sunday night. The Black Hawk County Sheriff's Department says officials arrived to the scene of the fire around 8:15 p.m.
The fire was reported around mile marker 66, near the exit for South Raymond Road.
No one was injured, but the interstate was diverted for several hours. Clean up continued and lanes in both directions were reopened around 2:00 a.m. Monday.
