DAVENPORT, Iowa (AP) - A 25-year-old Illinois man accused of gunfire outside a strip club in Davenport has been given 100 months in prison.

Federal prosecutors say DeMarko Williams, of Rock Island, Ill., was sentenced last week in U.S. District Court in Davenport. Williams was convicted of being a felon in possession of a firearm. He must serve two years of supervised release after leaving prison.

Police say a plainclothes officer saw Williams fire a handgun outside the Chorus Line club a little after 3:20 a.m. on March 31, hitting the building and several vehicles. No injuries were reported.
