Handicapped Veteran's Scooter Stolen
QUASQUETON, Iowa - Authorites say someone stole and then vandalized a handicapped veteran's motorized wheelchair.
It was taken Friday night from Wee Willy's Bar in Quasqueton. Veteran's Affairs gave the wheelchair to James Lee. "I just can't...I don't understand. If it had something to do with something I said or whatever I'd hope they'd come talk to me," Lee told KCRG.com. Every year, Lee raises money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, March of Dimes and collects Toys for Tots. There's now a $200 reward for the arrest of the person or persons responsible for the theft and vandalism. Anyone with information should contact the Buchanan County Sheriff's Office. Most Popular
