DYERSVILLE, Iowa - Some major Hall of Fame talent will be at the Field of Dreams this September for what is described as a light-hearted baseball game in Dyersville.

Thirteen former players will take the field, including Johnny Bench, Wade Boggs, Rod Carew, and Carlton Fisk.The Major League's all-time hits leader, Pete Rose, is also scheduled to be part of what organizers call the "Team of Dreams." They'll play Saturday morning, September 14th, at the Field of Dreams. Proceeds will go to the Wounded Warrior Project.

The group, "All Star Ball Park Heaven," now owns and operates the Field of Dreams Movie Site at Dyersville.
