CLINTON, Iowa (AP) — A funeral service has been held in eastern Iowa for two sisters found shot to death in their Pittsburgh home.

A Mass for 44-year-old Susan Wolfe and 38-year-old Sarah Wolfe was held Friday at Jesus Christ Prince of Peace Church in Clinton. A visitation was held Thursday.

The Des Moines Register reports that visitors were encouraged to sing along to music being played because both women loved tunes.

Authorities found the women dead on Feb. 7 in a home they shared in Pittsburgh. Both died of single gunshot wounds to the head. Authorities are investigating the case as a double homicide.

The women were sisters of Mary Wolfe, an Iowa Democratic state representative who lives in Clinton.
