FRANKVILLE, Iowa - Frankville Fire Chief Monty Wilder said a bar and grill was the scene of a large fire Monday night. Officials say a 9-1-1 call around 10:16 p.m. alerted them that the Old Store Bar & Grill was on fire.

Fire fighters arrived to find flames coming through the roof of the building. Crews are still searching for a cause for the fire. Officials haven't said how much damage was caused.

Fire Departments from Postville, Castalia, Ossain and Decorah helped fight the fire. Alliant Energy and the Winneshiek County Engineer's Office also assisted Frankville at the scene.
