Fayette Co. Deputies Arrest 3 in Meth Investigation
HAWKEYE, Iowa - Fayette County deputies arrested three people after a two-week investigation into the sale and possession of methamphetamine.
Monday law enforcement searched a home in the 300 block of Pearl Street in Hawkeye. As a result, deputies took 30-year-old Ashley Rochford, 46-year-old Kimberly Eckhardt and 57-year-old Daniel Guyer. They also issued an arrest warrant for 49-year old Andrew Marcussen.
All three are charged with conspiracy to deliver meth, which is a class C felony and carries a penalty of up to 10 years in jail. In a release, the Fayette County Sheriff's office says Rochford and Marcussen will also be charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Deputies say more arrest are possible in connection with this investigation.
