DAVENPORT, Iowa (AP) - A 48-year-old inmate who'd been listed as escaped from a work-release facility in Davenport is back in custody.

The Iowa Corrections Department says Donald Tyler was listed at 10 p.m. Friday because he didn't return to the facility as scheduled. He'd been assigned to the work-release program on June 6.

Tyler was sentenced in 2005 to 10 years in prison after his conviction for robbery in Scott County.
