CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - Thursday marks five years since the Cedar River in Cedar Rapids crested nearly 20 feet above flood stage. In the days after, people returned to an unimaginable mess. Some never came back, others failed after rebuilding. But KCRG T-V Nine's Nicole Agee explains, the recovery in the heart of Cedar Rapids is still exceeding expectations, now five years later.
