DUBUQUE, Iowa (AP) — Dubuque has set up an online interactive map that tracks snowplow working around the eastern Iowa city.

The Dubuque Telegraph Herald says GPS technology is used to show which city streets have been plowed in the past four or eight hours. That will help people decide whether they should get out on the roads and, if they do, which routes might be the clearest.

The map's online address is www.cityofdubuque.org/snow.
