DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) A Des Moines burglary suspect under arrest has been accused of headbutting a squad car so hard he left a dent.

Police say 19-year-old Tarif Tee Wright was found with 19-year-old DaJon Maurice James early Tuesday morning at the Iowa State Fairgrounds. Both men are accused of stealing candy and beer from a concession stand.

The Des Moines Register reports Wright is accused of headbutting the hood of a squad car after he was removed from the vehicle for vomiting inside.

Wright has been charged with public intoxication, trespass, criminal mischief and third-degree burglary. James was arrested without incident and charged with public intoxication, trespass and third-degree burglary.

Records do not list attorneys for the men.
