Crash in Cedar Rapids Causes Car to Catch on Fire
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - The Collins Road exit off of northbound Interstate 380 was closed for more than an hour Friday evening due to a two vehicle crash.
Police, fire and emergency crews were called to the scene at about 6:40 p.m. One driver ran a red light, colliding into the side of another vehicle. The crash caused one car to catch on fire. One of the driver's was sent to the hospital with possible head injuries, the other driver was not injured. The crash remains under investigation. Most Popular
