JOHNSON COUNTY, Iowa — A crash involving three semis is causing a traffic backup along northbound I-380 just north of North Liberty.

The crash happened late Friday morning near mile marker 6. According to our crew on the scene, one of the trailers involved in the crash split open, spilling grain on the interstate.

The right lane of the interstate is currently blocked. Traffic is slowly moving in the left lane. Our crew reports that traffic is backed up for several miles.
