CORALVILLE, Iowa (AP) — A Coralville company that helps health care organizations manage their revenue streams is ready to expand its work force.

MediRevv is holding a ceremony Monday to break ground on a $3.2 million, two-story building.

The Iowa City Area Development Group says MediRevv already employs 150 people and is expected to add 80 jobs over the next two years. Its expansion has received a $150,000 in state tax credits.

MediRevv is a revenue cycle management company, which means that it helps health care organizations manage their insurance claims and billing to ensure a steady stream of revenue. The company broke ground on its first building in 2012.
