CENTER POINT, Iowa - A month after severe weather damaged two school buildings, classes begin today for students in the Center Point-Urbana School District.
On July 11, straight-line winds damaged the Intermediate Elementary and new high school buildings.
According to Superintendent Alan Marshall, the state fire marshal and state building inspectors cleared the school for occupancy last week.
