Boy Scout Builds New Playground For Elementary School

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa - A Cedar Rapids boy scout is helping build a new playground at Taylor Elementary. Kyle Scheer, who is on his way to becoming an Eagle Scout, hopes that the new establishment will make gym class more exciting for the following school year. The volunteer builders expect the project to be done this Sunday.
