Another State Fair Act, Ticket Sales Date AnnouncedKCCI.com
DES MOINES, Iowa - Big Time Rush has been added to the grandstand line-up for this year's Iowa State Fair. The group will perform Aug. 16 at 7 p.m.
Big Time Rush is well known for their hit TV show on Nickelodeon. Tickets for all concerts and events go on sale April 14 at 10 a.m., online at ticketmaster.com or by phone at 800.745.3000. To get tickets early, the fair said join its Fan Fair program. Monday, the fair announced rising country music star Easton Corbin will open for The Band Perry on Aug. 14. A date when tickets will go on sale will be announced later this spring. Last week, officials said Rascal Flatts will perform on Aug. 19 at 8 p.m. with Little Big Town, Eli Young Band and Edens Edge. Christian singer TobyMac was announced before that. He will perform on Aug. 9 at 8 p.m. with guests Tenth Avenue North and Jamie Grace. Also on the list, the fair said Hank Williams, Jr. will take the stage on Aug. 17 at 8 p.m. Williams is best known for his songs "A Country Boy Can Survive," "Dixie on My Mind" and "All My Rowdy Friends Are Coming Over Tonight."
