DES MOINES, Iowa - On the February 14th Agribusiness Report: Even though most surface water of Iowa's lakes, streams and ponds are still frozen, nutrient pollution is still an issue. Hear why local DNR leaders say it's so important to track water quality from the farm pond, to the Mississippi River and beyond.

Plus 15% of everyone in the U.S. received some type of food assistance from the USDA in fiscal year 2013. But, state by state is where the assistance rates varied the most.
