WISCONSIN - Wisconsin prosecutors will appeal an attempted sexual assault case involving a corpse.

Twin brothers Nicholas and Alexander Grunke and Dustin Radke allegedly dug up a woman's body last September. And they allegedly planned to have sex with it.

A state appeals court ruled that Wisconsin has no law criminalizing necrophilia, so a lower court was right in dropping the case.

Prosecutors are appealing again. They argue Wisconsin's sexual assault law applies even when the victim is dead.
