DES MOINES - Iowa lawmakers can't agree on a ban for cell phones and driving. On Tuesday, they'll start sorting out their differences.

The house insists on its version of the bill, which would ban talking and texting for 16 and 17-year-olds.

The senate supports a ban on texting for all drivers.

A committee of lawmakers from the house and senate will meet today to try to come to an agreement.

A member of that committee, Representative Curt Hanson told TV9 he still expects legislation to move forward.
