Cedar Rapids' Otis Road Closed As Cedar River Rises

CEDAR RAPIDS - The city of Cedar Rapids closed part of Otis Road Southeast because of flooding concerns as the Cedar River continues to rise.

The road is closed past the railroad tracks just south of Tenth Street Southeast. City officials believe the closure will last over a week.
