DUBUQUE - The president of Northeast Iowa Community College is a finalist for the same position at an Arizona college.

Doctor Penelope "Penny" Wills will interview this week to be president of Paradise Valley Community College in Tempe.

Doctor Wills is one of three finalists.

She's been at NICC since 2004 and is the college's seventh president.
